Therefore, we recommend reviewing all customization details thoroughly before finalizing your order to avoid any discrepancies. If you encounter any issues with your customized arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable solution.

To ensure the longevity and durability of the balloons, we prepare all orders at least 24-48 hours in advance. This allows us to account for any potential air leaks that may be caused by manufacturing defects.

During this preparation period, we conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure that each balloon meets our high standards of quality. By allowing sufficient time for preparation, we can ensure that your balloon order is in optimal condition when it arrives at your desired location.

Can I cancel or make changes to my customization request after placing the order?

We understand that plans may change or adjustments may be necessary. If you wish to make changes or cancel your customization request, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the stage of production, we will assess the feasibility of accommodating your request. Keep in mind that last-minute changes or cancellations may incur charges if significant work has already been done.

We encourage you to communicate any modifications promptly to ensure the best possible outcome for your order.

How much does each balloon cost?

Absolutely! We offer customization services for all our balloon arrangements. Whether you have a specific color theme in mind or want to add personalized messages or images to your arrangement, we are here to bring your vision to life.

Placing a customization request is easy. You can either leave a note during checkout (please leave your email + best number to reach you in case we have additional questions) or send us an email with your specific requirements.

We will assist you in discussing the details of your customization, including colors, sizes, and any other preferences you have. We strive to make the customization process simple and enjoyable for our customers.

How long will my order take?

The time required to complete a customized balloon flower arrangement depends on various factors, including the complexity of the design, the availability of specific materials, and our current workload.

Generally, we aim to fulfill our orders within 3-5 business days.

PRE-ORDERS: Preorders indicate that our current inventory does not include the required materials. As a result, we place an order with our vendor as soon as a preorder is made. Typically, preorders are fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, as we await the materials to arrive. Please note that shipping delays are possible.


CUSTOM ORDERS:

We kindly ask that you place any big or intricate requests 3-5 weeks in advance. This extended timeframe allows us to accommodate your specific requirements and ensures that we have ample time to order any additional supplies needed to fulfill your request. By providing us with sufficient notice, we can ensure that we have all the necessary resources for your arrangement.

Once you provide us with your customization details, we will provide you with an estimated completion time.

If you have a specific deadline or event date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I include a personalized message or greeting with my balloon flower arrangement?

Can I leave my balloon in my car?

HOT weather will affect your balloon if you leave it in your car without AC on. 

It is highly recommended that you keep balloon arrangements in air-conditioned space at ALL TIMES for the best condition of your balloon.

Do you supply bags for transportation?

Customers are kindly advised to bring their own bags / boxes to safeguard balloons during transportation, as Bestie Balloons cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by external factors beyond our control.

This proactive measure is highly recommended, considering various conditions such as heat, sharp objects, climate change, and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the transportation process to their desired location.
